Delivery

• Everything is posted 2nd Class with Royal Mail as standard (Larger orders will be sent Signed For)
• All orders will be sent within 3 working days unless otherwise stated.
• If an order needs to be signed for and you miss the delivery, please ensure you contact Royal Mail to either re-deliver, collect from your local delivery office. Any items sent back to me as uncollected, will need you to pay postage to re-send. Postage cost will not be refunded.
• Please ensure delivery details provided are correct, refunds or replacements cannot be given for orders that are sent to an incorrect/old address.

Returns

• If you change your mind about your purchase, please inform me within 14 days and return the item, unopened and suitably packaged within 30 days.
• Once the item is back with me, I will process the refund providing the item is in its original, unopened condition.
  
• Please ensure you retain proof of postage for the item until the refund is received.
• Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
